Step1: stretch rubber band into thinner and make the thinner area be hooked into one hook of y shaped launcher
Step 2: pull rubber band from the hooked area and get the thinner point be hook into the center hook of the y shaped handle
Step 3: same action as step 2, make the rubber band with 3 thinner points be hooked and fixed, and looked like a “V” letter
Step 4: make rubber bands smoothed and not tangled and not so loose or tight between the hooks
